Plastic injection

Our injection machines from 30 tons up to 400 tons single-material, bi-material and tri-material are equipped with manipulation robots.

Through their specific networking, we can constantly monitor the production level and verify its operation.

The centralized and controlled dehumidification system and the automatic distribution of the plastic granule guarantee the correctness of the materials used according FIFO management.

Special equipment and processes have been installed on some injection machines in order to guarantee the special characteristics required by the product.
